ACTION PLANNING

Together, we will examine your current environment and daily routines. What currently holds you back? How does your environment influence your habits? We will zero in on these answers and tackle the triggers and obstacles that prevent you from achieving your goals. And we will add the environmental cues and routines that will encourage you to make the positive changes in your life.

ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK-INS

Motivation is important but accountability is key to following through on your commitments. Our check-in meetings will include a review of your progress and a discussion about the challenges you experience. Maybe you need to tweek your environment to tackle your challenges? Maybe you need to reward yourself when milestones are met to keep you motivated? We'll develop solutions to encourage you to stay commited to the positive changes you want in your life.
